BACKGROUND:
ORANGE; The colour of creativity, happiness, success and enthusiasm - a perfect snapshot of what the PENOLA 2012 gathering is all about. A weekend of creative participation, a joining of like minded yet diverse individuals who will be creating new friendships, establishing new networks and sharing in happy, successful and positive experiences.
THE PIECES:
BLUE; The colour of the sky above and the artesian water below the unique rich terra rosa soil and solid limestone base surrounding Penola. Blue symbolises stability and depth, trust, loyalty and wisdom - a perfect foundation for a successful gathering.
GREEN; Pasture, plantations, vines and pines. The rich tapestry of natural abundance which is Penola’s backdrop. Green symbolises growth, harmony, freshness and fertility. This gathering brings about the opportunity to learn new skills, form new alliances and grow new networks.
PURPLE; Purple symbolises power, nobility, luxury and ambition. It is associated with religion and royalty and conveys wealth, wisdom, independence and dignity.
